Last updated: October 23, 2026

Information you provide

The project request form may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, project city and ZIP code, project type, timing, planning budget range, and project description.

How the information is used

Craftsman Decks uses submitted information to review the requested work, determine an appropriate follow-up, communicate with you, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and maintain an internal record of the inquiry.

Storage and access

Project requests are stored as private records in the Craftsman Decks operations system. Access is limited to authorized Craftsman Decks and TrueCourse Technologies personnel who support the website and connected business systems.

What the form does not do

Submitting the form does not create an estimate, construction agreement, payment obligation, or reserved project date. The public website does not ask for payment-card information or government identification.

Service providers

TrueCourse Technologies provides website and operations-system support. Hosting, security, email, and other service providers may process limited technical information as necessary to operate the site.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records are retained as needed for project review, follow-up, business records, security, and legal obligations. To ask about your submitted information or request a correction or deletion where applicable, call 503-830-7196.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
